Investment Options
By using diversified investments with broad marketability, Texas Presbyterian Foundation strives to achieve better returns than appropriate benchmarks while avoiding speculation and unnecessary risk. TPF clients may select from among 13 pooled investment funds including four U.S. equity funds, two non-U.S. equity funds, an alternative strategy fund, a real estate fund, and a real assets fund as well as two fixed-income funds. In addition, four money market funds are available, including taxable and tax-exempt funds. Many of our clients choose the TPF Balanced Fund, which is broadly diversified across asset classes and markets and optimally suited for the investment of long-term endowment funds. For more than ten years, the Balanced Fund has provided excellent returns with relatively low volatility and has provided a fairly stable amount of distributions to our clients to fund current expenditure needs.
